There is something that sets our log furniture apart from the rest. The logs used are left in their natural state, full of character and personality. Imagine one of these rustic pieces of log furniture in your home. These hand made designs are made from 100% aspen. You will find that all cased pieces have a 1 ¼" solid aspen banding with 7 ply, all wood, aspen top, ¾" solid side paneling, full extension Dynaslide glides, and unique drawer facings hand carved to fit the natural curves and knots of each log. We have recently added English Dovetailing to our drawers as just another quality feature of our custom log furniture (see construction details) Most of our products are manufactured by Timber Designs.

Timber Designs is located at the base of the Wasatch Range in the Rocky Mountains of Utah. Our family has been in the retail furniture business for the past 20 years. We feel this experience has given us a better understanding of what our customer needs and deserves. Each log used in our log furniture products are carefully hand picked and selected on the basis of character and structural integrity. Each piece is hand peeled or skip peeled and has natural features such as knots, burls and curves which make it unique. Aspen is a superior wood to most pines in that it is much, much less susceptible to insect problems.
